How to use
For Cold compress: freeze it for half an hour before using .the temperature changes from two degrees below zero to six degrees.it can be adjusted if necessary .
For Hot compress: heat it in microwave oven for 100 seconds before using , and for 60 seconds when be used continuously.it can be adjusted if necessary .
