Temperature is the primary parameter in the casting process of cooking grade CPP film, and whether the temperature selection and control are appropriate directly affects the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the film. In general, the extrusion temperature of copolymerized polypropylene is generally below 240 ° C, and the processing temperature should be strictly controlled in actual production according to the characteristics of raw material properties. Because the cooking grade CPP film is used for cooking food packaging, the safety performance is better, and it is suitable for storage in the refrigerator.

Based on the above characteristics, the film is mainly used as a substrate in composite packaging materials, composite with other films. Because of its good heat resistance, it is often used in the packaging of cooking food, and can be divided into two kinds of high temperature cooking grade and general cooking grade. High temperature cooking grade CPP film, mainly used for dry composite with other films to produce a variety of packaging bags, can be cooked above 120℃ sterilization; General steamed CPP film, can only be boiled below 120℃ sterilization.
